Warranty and Returns

Dead on Arrival (DOA)

Indian Vape Outlet guarantees safe delivery of your orders. In the rare event that a product is DOA, please contact us immediately and return the item within 7 days of receiving the product, including all parts, in its original packaging. Any requests made after this time will be denied and cannot be entertained by Indian Vape Outlet.

Upon receiving the products, Indian Vape Outlet technical department will inspect the products and establish the cause of the fault.

If the products are found to be DOA:

  • Indian Vape Outlet will replace the product (if available, or will advise when the product can be made available)


If the products are not found to be DOA:

  • Indian Vape Outlet will send the products back to the customer
  • Return costs will not be reimbursed
  • Any products returned found not to be defective and found to be tampered with by the customer will not be replaced but returned at the customer’s expense.



In the event of any faults , 3rd  party products are warranted as follows:


  • Eliquids / Coils / Tanks - these are consumable items and are not subject to replacement or refund once opened and not covered by warranty.
  •  3rd party products  customers can send defective items back to Indian Vape Outlet. Indian Vape Outlet passes those items back to their manufacturers and helps coordinating the repair if it possible. Customers are responsible for shipping charges both ways. Indian Vape Outlet will contact customers before committing the repairs. 

Any faulty items covered by warranty must be reported to , within the warranty period, and must be returned to Indian Vape Outlet within 7 days of being reported. 
Any items not returned within the time periods stated will result in the warranty being void and will be ineligible for support, replacement or refund, whichever is applicable.

Only genuine products will be eligible for support, replacement or refund. Items damaged through misuse or through use with incompatible parts will be exempt from warranty.



To return a product, which meets the requirements listed above, contact us via e-mail at , explaining the issue and our customer care department will assist you to initiate a return and resolve the matter.

Please make sure the item is returned in the original condition, with the original packaging and accessories.
